Can you still let it?
Since 1 April 2023 it has been unlawful to keep letting most commercial property rated F or G, unless an exemption is registered. And no unit can be marketed to let without a valid EPC. Across England and Wales, 63,206 let shops, offices and units of up to 1,000 m² cannot be let today without doing something first.
